Delivery Information

At Odisha on Platter, we take great care in packing every jar to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. We deliver pan-India and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹699. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹699.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@odishaonplatter.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
