By accessing or placing an order on the Odisha on Platter website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Odisha on Platter is an online store selling handcrafted pickles and artisan food products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Product appearance, colour, and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the natural ingredients used. This is a hallmark of authentic artisan production and not a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at hello@odishaonplatter.com. After this window, we are unable to guarantee cancellation as the order may already be packed for dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. Odisha on Platter is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Odisha on Platter and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Odisha on Platter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
